Kids 1K Fun Run (less than a mile) occurs onsite at Brea Mall, starting near Red Robin and ending north of Olive Garden at the 8K finish line.

Registered Fun Run participants must be 10 years of age or younger. Parents of children in this race may (without entry or charge) walk or jog with them or push younger children in strollers, but must always exercise caution among this race's smaller participants.

Adults who wish to enjoy Finish Line food with their child/ren must be registered for the Brea 8K (but don't actually need to walk or run it), as each person entering the food court must have his or her own bib number.
